Many of the nearly 400 people employed by Style Acre work within our support teams as committed Support Workers. They provide round the clock care for people living in our supported living households, as well as people supported by our community hubs.
Overseeing our support teams are an incredible group of Support Managers & Operations Managers. We also have a dedicated administrative team ensuring everything runs smoothly, our Fundraising & Community team who raise funds and develop community relationships and a number of fantastic individuals working within our Gardening Project, Work Programme and social enterprises. As well as this, we have a brilliant team of more than 50 committed regular volunteers, who help out across the whole charity.
The Senior management team consists of our Chief Executive, Finance Director and Operations Director who meet regularly with our voluntary Board of Trustees, four of which have family members who have learning disabilities and are supported by Style Acre. We also have two Board Advisors (expert by experience) who regularly attend the Trustee meetings.
Finally, our four wonderful Ambassadors are supported by Style Acre and help to promote the charity in their local communities.
