Wallingford Freemasons Lodge donates to Style Acre and other local charities
The Ingham Clark Freemasons Lodge, based in Wallingford donated over £2,000 to local charities at a ‘Giving Event’ on Saturday 25 January.
The lodge is keen to support local charities, that help people from their local community, including the young, elderly, and disabled.
Recipients from the charities met at the Masonic lodge to receive the donations, and a tour of the temple. They asked questions about the background of Freemasonry, and what they do to help those in need.
The charities included:
• Sobell House
• Wallingford Air Cadets
• Style Acre
• 1st Wallingford Boys Brigade
• The Treehouse School
• St. John’s Primary School
• Cholsey Volunteers
• Royal British Legion
