Our team of superheroes and sidekicks took on the challenge of the Superhero Series Superhero Tri on Saturday August 15^th. Everyone gave it their all, did an incredible job and we couldn’t be prouder.

There was brilliant teamwork as our superheroes swam, cycled and ran or walked their way around the course. There were numerous moments to celebrate and personal milestones achieved.

Some people were taking part for the first time, like John and Edwin who were absolutely fantastic and were inspired to set themselves more challenges for the future.

Batman and Robin (Matt and his uncle Chris) were an incredible team, with Chris pushing Matt on the paddleboard before taking on the cycling and running too. We had amazing capes for superhero Nicole modelled by her parents who after the event said ‘I wanted to thank you all.  It is through outstanding events and hard work by everyone that these events give our Style Acre family such meaning’.

One of our volunteer sidekicks from Wallingford Triathlon Club said ‘I really loved being there, it was a truly humbling experience that I won’t forget, it was great to see how everyone supported each other, you guys are just amazing’.
