We’ve been offering a lunchtime café service to residents at Francis Curtis Court for the past two years and we are delighted that this has now opened up to the public.
Menu includes – Paninis, Toasties, Soup, Jacket potatoes, Bacon or sausage sandwiches and homemade cakes.
Tuesday Specials – £7 for two courses (please pre order using the contact details below),
Tuesdays specials will be served at 12noon. Other lunch options available 11am – 12.45pm.
25 August – Chicken tacos with salsa and salad / Tiramisu
1 September – Prawn Cocktail salad bowl. Bread and butter pudding
8 September – Chicken thigh with roasted vegetable and feta couscous. Chocolate mousse
15th September – Creamy pork, apple and onion strew with mashed potatoes and peas. German apple cake
22nd September – Roast chicken thigh with roast potatoes and vegetables. Pear and peach crumble
29th September – Meatballs and pasta. Lemon meringue pie
6th October – Burger chips and peas. Lemon meringue pie
13th October – Sausage plait, new potatoes, salad. Eves pudding
20th October – Quiche Lorraine, salad, saute potatoes. Chocolate eclair
The café service offers people we support opportunities to use their catering and customer service skills and residents and the community a chance to get together and enjoy freshly cooked food.
