Newbury Building Society Volunteer Day

Our team at the Wantage Market Garden Project had seven volunteers from Newbury Building Society  helping them get ready for their open day on Sunday 19th May.

With a long list of jobs that needed doing everyone that came worked hard to get all the jobs done. The list of jobs included putting up decorations, bunting and signs, putting all the plants out ready to be sold, tidying the garden and setting up new water features.

The weather was great with the sun shining all day, which defiantly helped the team get things done. By the end of the day the garden look wonderful and bright ready for the open day.
