The Ways to Wellness project was started with the aim of raising awareness and opportunities connected to physical and mental health amongst people we support, staff and the wider community.

Initially, people were asked to make commitments to their own wellbeing, which Style Acre supported, and activities/events/themes such as Feel Fab Feb and Project Carrot were introduced.
It became clear that:
• health and wellbeing means different things to different people
• there is a wealth of wellness activity going on across Style Acre
• focusing on wellness as a theme helped to inspire and motivate people to take control of their own health
