We use Nourish as part of our everyday work, so it was a pleasure to welcome the team for a visit recently.

As part of their ‘A Better Life’ series, they created a wonderful film, offering a glimpse into life at two of our supported living houses.

Reflecting on their visit, Nourish said ‘In two neighbouring supported living homes in Oxfordshire, Style Acre is proving what person-centred outcomes really look like. One woman who relied on staff for her insulin now manages it herself. Another, who didn’t speak when she moved in, now works in a charity shop with minimal support. One man who once said what others wanted to hear now makes his own decisions, and has climbed Snowdon. Behind every achievement is a goal, broken into milestones and evidenced day by day. This is a story about independence, confidence, and the power of being heard’.
