Wantage Market Garden welcome Centrica volunteers

We had the pleasure of welcoming back Centrica for a volunteer day on Friday 13th September. This time the team ventured to our Garden Project at the Wantage Market Garden.

With the sun shining the team of 10 volunteers helped get the garden ready for the garden’s Open Day on Sunday.

They all got stuck in to cutting back bushes, helping to lay a patio, breaking up old tables and setting up for the 15th.

Centrica have have volunteered at Style Acre over the past two years. Each time doing something different, from clearing out the charity shop storage, to helping refurb the tearoom.
