The Portcullis Lodge No. 6672, a Freemasonry organisations who meet in Wallingford generously donated much needed equipment to the Style Acre Tea Room.
The lodge has approximately 35 members who mostly live in a 10 mile radius of Wallingford who support many local charity’s in and around Wallingford, along with special requests of support to those in need.
The Style Acre Tea Room serves local speciality coffee and cakes baked by the people we support and provides work and volunteer opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and or autism.
The Tea Room in need of equipment to improve the space for their customers and to ensure a safe and accessible working environment for the people we support were delighted to receive the support of the Portcullis Lodge who generously funded and purchased new marquee sides for their outside space, a new grill and an outside shed to improve storage at the tearoom.
We are very grateful for the support from the Portcullis members and it is donations like these that enable us to continue to provide work and volunteer opportunities for the people we support.
