Our regular Ways to Wellness weekly activities offers an impressive range of options. For sport there is gym, tennis, karate, multi-sports and football. For some music fuelled movement, there is Zumba, Silent Disco and Music and Dance. If you like being outside, there are wonderful gardening sessions that can be tailored to suit you.
