I Started as an Operations Manager in November 2022 and feel very lucky to be able to work for an organisation rated outstanding by CQC. The role of the Operations Manager is varied but most of all it is It is a fun, creative and rewarding. I enjoy getting out and about and meeting new people, families and staff. I love working with people and exploring new opportunities for the people we support.
I have worked in health and social care since leaving school and joined Style Acre after working in a nursing home, Style Acre has a strong family feel and always works to their values. It’s a privilege to work for an organisation that has the people we support at the heart of everything we do.
