Style Acre takes on Superhero Challenge

Style Acre at Home Superheroes Challenge – POW!

Over 80 people we support at Style Acre are taking part in the Marvel At Home Superhero Challenge and using their superpowers to be as active as possible for four weeks! We are part of Team Captain America and our super traits are courageous, determined & honest!

We have superheroes who are walking, wheeling, dancing, playing football, playing tennis, working out at the gym, zumba-ing, and more dancing!

Our team goal is to travel 4,000km over the month and the theme is Summer Street Party. Each week we will be celebrating one of our favourite party destinations as follows.

 

At the end of the four weeks, ten people we support will be taking on the Superhero Triathlon at Dorney Lake.

There are three super distances to choose from and many super ways for people to take part in these unique tri challenges. Individuals can fly solo & take on all three stages (a swim, cycle & push/run for any tri newbies out there), share the fun in a team relay, or Superheroes can recruit Sidekick teammates to tow, push & pull them around the entire course!
