Assistant Support Manager - Henley

The Leadership Development Programme is our intensive six-month programme, where you will acquire the skills to become a leader and manager, and you’ll learn how to adapt to new situations. You’ll learn about yourself: what your strengths are, and what you need to work on. Most of all you’ll identify ways to use your drive and passion to improve the lives of the people we support. Group Support Support Manager - Maternity Cover
We are looking to appoint an interim Group Support, Support Manager to provide maternity cover for the management of the Turnstyle Group Support Service. The service provides a wide range of well-rounded meaningful activities in small groups, both within the local community and in our centre. It supports individuals to learn new skills, such as cooking; access community leisure opportunities; improve health and fitness through activities such as yoga and walking groups; and provide a chance for people to meet socially, developing friendships through fun activities. Alongside regular activity sessions, the service will organise regular day trips.
