Style Acre signs the Menopause Workplace Pledge

Style Acre has signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge, committing to:

• Recognising that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support
• Talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
• Actively supporting and informing your employees affected by the menopause

We held our first Menopause meet-up on Zoom last week  to get the conversation started, and we now have lots of ideas for creating spaces for talking, informing, supporting, and sharing over the next year. We are exploring ideas for talking more about this topic with the people we support as well as the people we employ.
